The basic qualification is any Bachelor Degree. Then you have to attend the Public Service Commission Exam and pass the exam. Through out India, more than 15,000/- persons write the preliminary exam. Only 1500 will be selected from the written exam (Main Written Exam). Then it will be narrowed down to 150 by Final and Personal Inverview.
