It would all depend on where you are at the time you perform the sex act. If you are in your own garage, with the door closed, no problem. If you are in a public space where others can see you, you are performing an act of gross indecency and will be charged accordingly. Of course if you were in the back of a limo with blacked out windows, no one would see so you would probably be okay.

Depends on the cop's mood. But you could probably be charged with indecent exposure or lewd and lascivious.
Also be considerate and properly dispose of your used condoms and condom wrappers. If the lover's lane has a lot of used equipment, the neighbors might complain and have the cops inspect the place more thoroughly.

I did that before I was scared I thought the same thing the car windows was all foggy and sh!t lol and rocking but we did not get caught I think you could get a ticket dough if you get caught be careful
