Although America and Israel are getting a lot of criticism at the in the media. Many countries tend to go over the top in trying to defend a way of live that is decadent - thats why there is a terrorist problem

Isn't it odd that so many level of police are foiled on a daily basis by local dealers?
I have come to the conclusion that with the technology of today we could eradicate drugs but it is too lucrative to those in power and to convienent to the governement to have a segmant of it's population rendered useless by them.

Give them bread and circuses and they will not notice the disrepair of the roads and aquiducts

If I am "rota'd off" on Monday - which is a bank holiday - is my employer obligated by UK law to give me one holiday day "in lieu" or give me one day's pay for that day. Staff who are rota'd on are either given the day off or given double pay/or time + half.

Yes I am talking about C.P.S something needs to be doen about the people that do not deserve to have there children away.Like what rite do they have to tell anyone whether they are good parents?" A CHILD IS A GIFT OF GOD "
People who are graced with such a gift should be able to live and learn. Everyone makes mistakes NO ONE is perfect!

In Corpus Juris (1914 edition, volume 49, §266) it enumerates the logical order of pleadings.
1. To the jurisdiction of the court.
2. To the disability of the person.
3. To the count or declaration.
4. To the writ.
5. To the accusation itself in bar thereof.
Each one of these presupposes, and therefore waves the right to challenge, all those preceding it.
I understand the logical order of the first two, but the last three seem as if they are all referring to the merits of the case (declaration, writ, accusation…).
1) What is the distinction between the last three?
2) Where do abatements fit in? I would think they should be number one.
3) What order should jurisdictional challenges (in personam, geographic, & subject-matter) be in?

I am sure we are left baffled over certain stupid laws. Do you think we have some screwed up lawmakers in our country or respective states? If so, list one and the reason you think it is a joke.

For instance I saw a sign in a supermarket saying that if you are under 21 and caught with cigarettes you could lose your driver's license. is the U.S. Government (or state governments) getting too high and mighty?

(PS I hate seeing kids smoke (suck) and I don't do it either.)

I got caught selling drugs in 1996,,but didn't get time until 2001. I was convicted for selling drug and given a 15yr. sentence in the state of TX. I served 4yrs in prison and was allowed out on parole in 2005. I've been out for a year and a half, and have been working everysince, paying child support ,paying taxes, going to church, and taking a college course. My problem is i have an electronic monitor on and have been having it on since the day i got out; which was a year and a half ago. With this leg monitor I'm not allowed to actually spend time with my kids, like take them to the park, or to the movies, or out to eat,or swimming! I can't even take them to rent a movie! I have to make a schedule every 2 week on where I'm going and the exact time I'm going to do whatever it is I'm going to do. I can't even stand on my porch or take the trash out if it ain't on my schedule, because if i do and my parole officer see me then she will have me locked up. Isn't there a law against this?

If someone brutally murders 15 people, you can only hang them once. Is it unjust to put a person through only a fraction of the suffering that they wrongly inflicted on others? Or is this the civilized way of doing things? I don't know because I'm not particularly fair and I would make a horrible judge.

Furthermore, IS there a punishment that we are capable of imposing, that would inflict the morally just amount of suffering?
