I sure hope so! That shirt is sickening, nauseating, stomach-turning, shocking, appalling, revolting, terrible, horrible, disgusting, evil, wicked, mean, vile, retched, despicable, depraved, base, degraded, low, base, and contemptible.

If I seen you wearing that shirt I would personally put you under citizens arrest. And if the law wouldn't prosecute you I might become a vigilante, in which case you might get the shirt riddled with holes (9mm diameter), the neck of the shirt might end up being a bit longer too.

Freedom of Speech, as it was originally intended, did not give you a license to say anything you want. For example, in each of the early colonies it was a crime punishable by death to blaspheme the LORD. This continued in some places up until the 1920s. I distinctly remember reading one case from the civil war era where a man was in jail on a petty offence and while he was in jail he wrote a bunch of blasphemous statements about Jesus Christ on some scrap paper. He was tried and convicted for high treason, then executed.

But alas, our nation has forsaken the principles upon which it was founded. We live in a country that has turned from God to secularism and humanism. In so doing they have removed the only firm basis for moral convictions of absolute truth (Right vs. Wrong). They removed prayer and scripture from schools, and as a result, they have had to add metal detectors in response to the sharp increase in crimes. They removed God's laws for marriage (10 Commandments) from schools, and built abortion clinics to accommodate the huge rise in unwed pregnancies (by murdering the child). May God judge this nation for its sin.

No, it is well within your First Amendment rights, though probably a very foolish (and garbagey) exercise of them. You could look up the Cohen case from First Amendment law, which upholds the right of a young Californian to wear a t-shirt bearing the "f word" in a federal court. (No, the "f word" wasn't "federal"!)

Strictly speaking, it's possible you could still get arrested, as this country is full of self-righteous nutjobs, many of them police officers and the like, who usually forget that the First Amendment doesn't just protect the stuff they like or approve of. You'd get off, but that kind of shirt would make even a short stay in a county lock-up pretty uncomfortable for you (apart from the garbage smell).
