Why do you think blacks are looking for hand-outs because we ask for reperations for treating of black ancestors like crap? Why should we put in under a rug and forget about it? White people, if your "WHITE" family member was killed, raped, beaten, sold to black slave owners would you forget about it? Yes, I am angry!
No I am not looking for a hand-out, just what is owed to my people. For the record, I am very sucessful, so don't try to reply about money, not an issue! I am well educated, so don't use that excuse that I need to get up and do something with my life because I ask a simple question. How many times have you invited a "BLACK" person to your house for dinner? How many times have you stereo typed us because of the clothes we where or the way we talk? Think about it! I have accomplished a lot in "white" corporate america and have several employees working for this "black" sister, just to prove to all the ignorant white people that you can't judge a book by its cover!

I am in the military, 20 years of age, and drink. It is illegal. However, at 17 with parental consent I made the decision to defend my nation and give my life if necessary. Should the legal age of consumption be lowered to 18 or should the legal age of enlistment be raised to 21? Consider that approximately 60% of our fighting force are under 21 and of those only about 45% will continue past their first tour of duty. I personally feel that the age should be lowered for military personell. I know there are still some problems to work out, but feel this is a question with merit.

Long pathetic story, basically, my fiance has was and probably still is cheating on me,and I have evidence, and many witnesses to back up my claims. unfortunately she has had a history of lying and making up stories. What I want is what is best for my son. Will a judge take into account the mothers background and history,as well as character witness when determining the legal custodian?

In my situation, was caught for a DUI (underage), court took forever and ended up moving to florida with fam during interim, i was told i could apply for ARD before i moved and they would take care of it (untrue, as i found out id still need to be in PA to do so) and id hear from them in a few months. Come to find out they didnt change my address so all notices got sent to the old one, and subsequently a few months later i had a bench warrant out. I cant exactly hop on a plane and fly up to take care of it, so im wondering if theres any way to appeal to the law from here. Been trying to get in contact with the Da, but so far a bit unreachable cuz of my work schedule. Any way to take care of this? easier to just plea guilty and take the hit in FL? or find some attorney to take of it? Im thinking about just doing what someone else said and appealing to the judge in a letter, as i really wanna take care of it but as a student i just dont have the money to fly all the way back to PA

My mom and I have both received emails that contain False information saying we have inherited 10 million dollars.

We've received them from Malaysia, The United Kingdom, Africa, Some parts of the USA, and I'm sure there are other places too.

Mom checked the emails with the FBI's Internet Site, and found out its all BS, and and a Fraud/Scam. The FBI said not to reply to the Email.

As soon as we get an email address for the FBI, we're going to send the emails to them.

Here is a link to a website with information of a guy that had a disturbing experience with the Inland Bank,-- Inland Revenue Department (IRD)., And a few other links too.

We have heard endless stories about unethical corporate practices taking place throughout the world. Do you think this form of modern-day capitalism is actually contradictory of a democratic life? What do you think we can do to reverse his contradiction and make corporations behave as democratic institutions in a democratic society?

Really there is no difference. They both alter jugment. Personally, I wish that they could both be legal. The ideal situation would be if there was a huge extra peanalty for crime committed while under the influence. I don't partake of either, but I hate it when liberty is restricted. Alas! If it weren't for human nature it might be possible.

So legalizing drugs would be too desasterous, and the prohibition of alcohol would be too hard.
The right thing is rearely easy.

I bought some investment property 2 years ago for $15,000 , rec'd a quit-claim deed, now 2 yrs later I am applying for a loan to fix up the property; have been notified by the title company there is a $21,000 lien agains the property; the perrson I bought property from had taken a loan out 6 months prior to me purchasing; now I cannot get my construction loan until the $21,000 is paid to the lien holder; I know I screwed up 2 yrs ago by not checking the title; lender is not pursuing the borrower of the loan for default in payment and will not give me any information to locate the person I bought property from, lender advised me he has over $500,000 worth of real estate transactions with this person and is not going to do anything to him. What recourse do I have if any? I believe this is some type of fraud; and only way I can proceed with my loan is to pay the lender the $21,000 for him to release the lien. doesn't seem fair. please help, Thank you Tammy W
