Can a sufferer of chronic migraine be allowed to get a special 'disabled parking permit'? A person with clinical depression? Do they qualify? Schitzophrenics?

This question is being asked by an Australian, though Americans or other international members may answer.

Some states allow doctors to hand them out like aspirins, check with your local quack.

I don't think depression or migraines would qualify you to be able to park at the door. Having depression or a migraine doesn't impede your ability to walk.

Generally you have to have a physical disability that impares your vision or impares your abilty to walk.

i think its something that parking closer would help-paralysis, foot/leg problems, arthritis, etc

anything that impairs your ability to do something... ie... seeing, walking, hearing, heart problems, knees, neck, burns, mental problems, etc...
