Since you friend was arrested or issued a ticket for driving without a license, he has violated his parole for the felony. His probation officer can order him back to jail to finish serving his felony conviction sentence. While on probation, one needs to stay out of trouble at all costs.

Your 'friends' probation officer can violate 'your friend' at any time for any minor reason. A new violation can result in that.

Hopefully 'your friend' has been a model probee. If so, I suggest 'your friend' contact and talk to their probation officer. Ask the officer not to violate 'your friend' prior to the court date, and if they agree, you should be ok.

Most definitely and likely the time they have already served on probation will be revoked and have to actively served too.

A felon most likely can.
But I doubt it over a license unless they just stay in trouble.
