I think most would agree that it is certainly not a moral act but is it the job of the government to legally enforce morals? If it doesn't harm anyone, why should the government control what consentual adults do with their own bodies? I'm not necessarily pro or anti prostitution, I just want to get some feedback. Let me know your thoughts!

We spend over 140 MILLION dollars every single day keeping people in jail and prison, most of them drug offenders. Treating them would cost far less, why can't the repugs see that?

I need to find out if and how to make an appeal to a no contact order. My fiance and I got into a big fight and I called the police... They charged him with repeater battery and there's a no contact order... This happened last year and we lived with eachother for a year after with no problems.. Originally I fought to have the case dropped and the no contact order removed.... I REALLY need help... I have an autistic 2 year old who misses the person he knows as a father, and the court officials that I tried to talk to seemed to let the order stand out of spite. I thought judges were supposed to be impartial. I told him we are planning on getting married and he laughed at me.

2 employees related to owner were
caught stealing - tottaling approx $4500.
They were repremanded by paying back
the $4500. they didnot physically pay $ back,
they have a very large "running acct" that
includes mortgages / cars etc with
the owners there family and it was added
to that. They have recently been accused
of doing additional side jobs again and the owners
are deciding what to do.

Employee 3 (not related) has worked there for
3 years has also taken from the company by overpaying themselves by 80 hrs. This employee had to payback the
hrs at a rate of 30 hrs per week and was fined $500 to be
paid back to the company. The owners (not related to this employee) are deciding to press charges against the employee for theft.

Does employee #3 have a discrimination case if charges
are brought up against him and not the other employees?
The employee guidlines state theft is grounds for termination
on the 1st offence.

I'm H.R and think it is discrimination
