It does not! why? they are teaching lesser criminal minds to get better at their criminal activities; in other words by not 'putting to sleep' the worst of them we have created a school of higher learning for criminals with the 'Lifers' as faculty!

It depends on the crime. It amazes me that violent offenders can get released with little difficulty; while some sap is doing twice the time on a non- violent drug charge. They are just now discovering that almost up to ten per cent of the incarcerated are innocent of the crime they were charged for. Why don't we put some common sense into our judicial system and get this turned around? I am horrified daily by stories of repeat violent offenders being released back onto our streets. There is no such thing as rehabilitation...they go in mean, and come out meaner. This is nuts. Let's concentrate on the ones that can get turned around again...and keep our real criminals behind bars.

Well quite frankly it generates dollars... think about the prison workers who feed thier families send thier children to college buy property with thier salaries... since the majority of prisoners are black often railroaded by an unjust legal system controlled by Zionistas the lives of which to most Americans (white people) are negligible... it's good business... Mayor Daley who used to bae a state's attorney allowed illegal interrogations and torture to go on unchecked because it provided him with convictions thus was good for his career....

I really think we need to do exactly like a numerous amount of other countries do, as in, when a person goes to prison, someone (usually a family member) must bring them food daily, or they do not eat. Why should I have to pay for someone else committing a crime? Do you know how much money that would save taxpayers?

If you wonder how this is benefiting us, consider the alternative: all prisoners across the U.S., regardless of their crimes are simultaneously released. How safe would you feel? Would you let your child walk to school or ride public transportation? Would you look askance at any new employee in your workplace? Sentences are supposed to fit the crime. Perhaps we need to ask: what aren't we doing to stop criminal behavior?

cause if they were out , they would be doing the same thing they did that caused them to get in prison, murder, rape, pedophiles, and such.
