In a way, how USA requested to formulate UN resolution, that Israel alone should investigate bombing of UN post?

I mean more effective. I admit that anybody can be 100 percent objective.

Do you have any idea of what you're talking about? I presume you are referring to the war crimes trials at Nuremburg after WWII. Despite the atrocities committed in that war by the Nazis, these trials wrongly convicted and sentenced a few German officers, including General Kesselring and Admiral Doenitz, who had simply done their duty as professional soldiers.
