I really can't imagine how either of them violated Christian values.

The Treaty of Versailles ended WW1. The 1967 UN agreement ended the Six Day war. Both did so by having all of the combatant nations agree to stop fighting and to adopt recognized political boundaries. Both were based on "respect for the sovereignty of all states in the area, and the right to live in peace within secure, recognized boundaries."

I seem to recall something about "peace on earth and goodwill toward men" being a good thing.

Why do people think that when they are presented with an either or question; they must choose one? "Neither."
