Law inforcement powerless. How do I know its not using infared and zooming in on my daughters window. I don't drink use drugs or anything illegal but how would you feel if someones recording you every time you bend over or scratch you butt.(sorry but we all do it). theres no way to block it, and cops say they could bust him if they find proof he using it in nasty ways but by then the damages is done. Plus stop and thik how you would feel with someone watching YOU 24/7.

i went there tonight to buy 3 sandwiches. i had $20 bill in my hand as i walked through the door but when i went to pay it was gone. The only people in the store were myself, 3 employees & 1 customer who left just as I got to the counter. Now I do realize that anything could have happened but it sure seems funny to me that i place my order, set my purse on the counter & put the $20 in the top pocket, then drop my keys, bend to pick them up & when i stand up i walk to the end to pay & the money is gone. i feel if one of the employees didn't take then the store is still partially responsible because one of them had to see whoever did take it. Even though by then no one else was in the store. i even asked "did any of you see a $20" and they all said ohh no not me. Yeah uh huh, it just flew away. Now i know to a lot of people $20 is nothing but to me it is a lot and i don't have that to just throw away. Is subway at all responsible or am I just basically SOL? Serious answers only please.

Another survey for a paper I’m writing for my law class. This time it’s “can a woman rape a man?” Some states say it is not legally possible. What do you think?

In my experience of the Police (WM) they seem as bad as the criminals, carrying out petty vendettas because someone has complained about one of them, using the confiscated goods store as a lucky dip, cant be bothered to turn up for a crime.

Obviously they already have this information and yet is commonly done.

The key word here is the word "in", Black's Law Dictionary defines it as; under or based on the law of. Traditionally it means; subject of or to.

Is this just a dishonorable means to attemp obtaining jurisdiction?

Sorry shysters just spreading the truth, you should be ashamed.

What is the community standard for porn in Wilmington (or for that matter) Noth Carolina? I do not need or want a moral discussion. From my experience, the definition of porn is "i know when I see it". I have lived in many communities that were either very liberal or very conservative. An intelligent and logical answer will be greatly appreciated.

They are displayed behind the so-called judges bench with the state seal in the center.

Federal "law" clearly defines these flags as military ONLY they are not ornamental.

Please see http://outlawslegal.com/organic/flag.htm for futher informaton and citings of federal law.

This sounds awful but I have a family member who recently got sentenced to 5 years in a State Prison. So what is an inmate allowed to have? Can you send them money, tobacco, socks, etc.? Or is every state a little different. I know from common sense what a prison inmate wouldn't be allowed to have.

I think I'm alluding to many of those death row gangs that ordered the hits of various people. Anyway, would you do this? I mean, you've already gotten the maximum punishment, haven't you? Or have you? Will another murder augment your aggregate sin in Heaven? What are the ethics relating to this? Let's assume that you were guilty of doing whatever you did to get on death row in the first place.
