this is about finding out my daughter may be having sex with a 30+ year old woman..and i am trying to find out how to handle this legally.. i have stopped her from going over to see her "friend" but this is just wrong

Call the local police station. I know that you will need proof that the woman is having sex with your child. I would call my local police station and if that does not help look up statutory rape and texas on google. I know there can be something done........ Good luck!

First, how old is your daughter? You failed to mention that. If she's 17 or 18, you're out of luck. If she's 16 or younger, call the cops!!!

Probably contributing to the delinquency of a minor is the violation. I would think any law enforcement agency could guide you.
