What is the community standard for porn in Wilmington (or for that matter) Noth Carolina? I do not need or want a moral discussion. From my experience, the definition of porn is "i know when I see it". I have lived in many communities that were either very liberal or very conservative. An intelligent and logical answer will be greatly appreciated.

The only ordinance I could locate pertaining to sexually explicit material restricts display of sexually explicit material in areas where minors may frequent:
"(7)Display of sexually explicit material. New Hanover County ordinance entitled "Public Display of Sexually Explicit Material in Establishments Frequented by Minors" (Article VI of Chapter 12, New Hanover County Code) adopted on March 21, 1983, and made applicable within the city by resolution of the city council on April 12, 1983. "
