I don't think you can. It is a requirement. Best bet is to get photo ID. The place that supplies your driver's liscense also provides other photo ID's. If you have had one before, they will only need your social security card. If you haven't, a copy of your birth certificate will work. Any one of the schools you attended while you were a kid will have a copy of it.

Some records offices will allow you to go if a sibling or parent who has a valid ID goes with you.

You should also contact the central records office for your state, to find out the specific options available. There is almost always a way, even if it may require jumping through many hoops.

Where do you live? In the UK and in Ireland you dont need any ID,check with the registration office.

Easier/most efficient way would be to go down to your local Christian Church and ask to be born again....

i dont think you can. but if so it would be giving your moms maiden name.
