that he and his dad were taking care of it...but we were sure as heck wrong....these tickets were issued in May one for nosie orandance and another for speeding without insurance. We called the court system and he has a warrant out for his arrest...we know he has to turn himself in, but we don't want him to miss thanksgiving and we don't have the money to pay the tickets off...My wife's family has a history with the law, but most of them are good honest people and it would be very sad if Khalid(my BIL) went to jail durning the holidays because his younger brothe is already serving time...Khalid is no crimminal, he just didn't know how urgent it was to pay the tickets off and he has been dealing with depression and schizophrenia this year....what should we do...the warrant has been put out today....???

Ok,the othe day,I was stopped behind someone at a light,I reached over to shut the pass.window, and I didn't realize my foot was slowly releasing the brake, and I ended up rolling into her.We got out, looked at our cars, made sure each other were ok,the cars had no damage,so she said it's ok,the police don't need to come or anything.Well, the next day,I get a call from the cops saying they want to talk to me reguarding an accident.I guess she contacted the police after she went to the hospital complaining of neck pain. The cops tell me she has chronic neck and back troubles, and I may have made it worse, requiring her to be in a neck brace.I told the cops what happened. So I call the insurance company and tell them what happened, and they are saying it may be fraud on her part. Now I have people tellin me she can say to the ins.co.that I hit and run cause the cops weren't called to the scene. So now she might automatically get money from me cause all she has to say is I hit &run. What do u think?

Please answer honestly. Have you or your spouse ever cheated on each other during a deployment?
I heard the divorce rate is at an all time high for military & the frequent deployments have a lot to do with that.

Only answer this if you know anything about civil law.
In short, I was in a car accident caused by some foreign idiot who I took to court for damages. The judge ruled that the moron would not be liable for my damages (even though I had a notarized witness statement), but he also gave this individual an opportunity to counter sue; which this person declined. The judge told the person that that would be the only time he could file a claim (sue me for the incident). My insurance company went over the evidence and refused to pay that individual's insurance company. Now the insurance company is trying to come after me. First, a year after the accident. I sent a copy of the ruling to the law firm and they immediately dismissed the claim against me. Now, three years later they are at it again only with another law firm. I am going to get a lawyer this time and deal with this within the next 30 days, but isn't this harassment? A frivolous lawsuit? Can I sue the insurance company?

More than 1.5 million people are now in U.S. state and federal prisons, up from 196,429 in 1970, the report said. Another 750,000 people are in local jails. The U.S. incarceration rate is the world's highest, followed by Russia, according to 2006 figures compiled by Kings College in London.

Well my sister bought a cellphone off of craigslist but it turns out that the phone was stolen and cannot be activated cause it is stolen. Yes it was dumb thing of her buying it before asking for the esn number and verifying if it was a clean phone, but now it is too late. Well I want to help her recuperate her money by either getting the police on them or at least scare them that i have the police on them to the point of them giving the money back. The dumb thing of the seller is that the seller gave her his cellphone number and home address. With this info I want to file a police report but can I do such thing. Can you file a police report for someone selling you a stolen phone without the concern of the buyer that is stolen?

I've heard yes and no's, but wondered if anyone has actually been through it. I would hate to move my family and myself to a whole other country where I know nobody, nothing about or even the language just so my husband can be sent to Iraq! I'd rather stay in the states and be closer to family in my time of need! Anyone know anything about this?

There has been so much tension warmongering among political leaders of the world, especially Iran and the US to the point where most average everyday people would think that war with Iran is only a matter of time.

I'm thinking of an actual similar transformation of the nuclear problem with Iran just like it happened to North Korea.

Remember when there was so much tension and warmongering between the US and North Korea? well now that is all but gone and NK has already started to disarm.

the US was never going to attack NK with NK's 1 million man army and outrageous amount of possible repercussions if attacked.

With Iran, it would be so much worse if the US attacked, oil at 200 a barrel, gas at 6 a gallon, more chaos in iraq, more chaos in the middle east, and even chaos in the US.

I think ultimately, what happened to the North Korean nuclear situation will happen to Iran.

What do you think?

thank you

I am talking best as in which you would want to take into a war.

It seems so far that M-16s aren't getting much love in this debate (at least the people I have talked to).

Ok. I heard this conversation on a gas station in front of my apt complex. This mother said that she was trired of her husband and child, that in more than one ocassion she wanted to kill herself and her daughter, also, she abuse of her daugher hitting her. I heard that she wanted to take her husband weapon to finish with the "situation". I was very surprised to hear that, and I have knowledge that this person goes to church everysunday...and want to do that? She was just angry or what? I dont know what to do...I wanted to call 911, but i thought, what if she just was lying and nothing really happens, I would get in trouble. She was talking with other woman about that, and the other woman just stood there hearing...nothing more. I coudn't hear any more bcz they left. but I know where she lives, bcz is in the same street that I do, I also know her name. What I should do? I'm really confuse.

I mean come on!!!!!!!

This is serious you guys. This boy was nearly killed. I used to frequent this area before Hollywood became a warzone. My sister's boyfriend got jumped just because he was protecting our friend who was getting harassed. Getting into fights is one thing, but attempted manslaughter is a completely different story!!!!

If his father gave it to him for his birthday? A legal firearm.

I know an 18 year old can take it to the range by himself to do target practice so would it be legal if a father gave the gun to his son?

Is it legal or not?

How much, and about what kinds of things do you think
does Hillary lie?

Often and easily maybe? No?

How much do you feel Hillary is a liar?
How good is she at it?
And is this the kind of leadership America is looking for now?

How much do you believe in her?
Does she just seem powerful and comforting, the experience to finally pull in the agressive saavy win at last? Or is there something more?

What do you think she WOULDN'T lie about?

I realize
I layed a lot of questions on
along in line
but just tell me what you think.
What you feel.
