Given the latest developments in the Karnataka government crisis, with parties withdrawing support every two days and politicians taking arbitrary and baseless decisions, isn't it a shame that we vote these people to power? Isn't this a blot on the name of democracy? What can we citizens do as the fulcrum of a democratic set up to stop this rot?

Why the rise of NASCAR, Paris Hilton news stories, UFC, and wrestling mania & reality TV......hate crimes are up according to the FBI, swatstika and noose incidents are up as well?
Clearly there is a trend where these forms of our "entertainment" are on the rise here in the USA. What does it say about the "mindset" of today's U.S. citizenry?

He is destined to be King of Kings, and the son of God who will soon be ruling us for eternity. No more pain, sorrow, nor crappy man made politicians. Vice President should be Paul and his cabinet will be the 11 disciples. Judas Iscariot will be spending time in the bottomless pit with George Bush, Barry Bonds, OJ Simpson, and Paris Hilton.

his user name is Ismailzali. He asked people to name their top 3 Democratic and Republican candidates.

I was surprised by some of the answers. Many people listed Ron Paul first and Mike Huckabee second and Rudy third for the Republicans. These guys are very far apart from each other on the issues. Similar situations happened on the Democrat side.

For this reason, I encourage everyone to use the candidate calculator provided on the following link.

The calculator takes the TOP 24 ISSUES, lets YOU RANK them by LEVEL of IMPORTANCE to YOU and CHOOSE whether or not you SUPPORT the 24 ISSUES.

Based on this information, the CALCULATOR then compares YOUR DATA to each Candidates’ and gives you a LIST of CANDIDATES RANKED in ORDER by the CANDIDATE that MATCH your VIEWS the MOST.

Please take it and let me know if you were surprised by your matches and who your top 3 matches are! Thank you!
