Let's do something like the space program and stop forking over godgillions to the arabs who hate us so much. Much better for the climate too. If we hadn't had a jackass in the White House for the last 8 years, this would already have been done.

She just came across it and gave it to me today but it was dated for October 26th. I am so frickin confused!!! The citation, I supposidly got it in July for driving with a suspended license and this citation is under my maiden name and old drivers license # which doesn't even exist anymore! I changed my maiden name in February on my license because I got married and I even updated my address. I did get a citation in February for driving while license suspended but I paid that and even still have the receipt...I think I may not have taken the driver class though. Anyways, the address they sent this suspension warning to I HAVE NEVER EVER LIVED AT OR EVEN HAD IT ON MY LICENSE so how did they get it? Will this effect my current license? If so then why not send this directly to me at the correct address on my new license? I know I should call them but they aren't open right now and I would just like some input.

Ok. Recently I was arrested at my place of employment for a criminal charge. Well when the police officer came there and asked me questions I told him "I'm not answering anything. I want my lawyer." When I got down to the precinct I am again questioned by a detective without my lawyer. i feel they pressured me to talk even after i told the officer I want my lawyer. Were my rights violated? If so, that would make the arrest unlawful. The things I told them led to someone elses arrest. Could the other persons arrest and my testimony be thrown out due to the law "fruit of the poisonous tree"?

a publication in 2004 (in a newspaper).the picture published was of my house in colour (and address printed in article) I had just purchased and was related to a murder trial of a baby. the artical claimed that 'sniffer dogs' had searched the premises for the remains of the baby's body.i went to see a lawyer about this back in 2004 but he didn't appear promising - so I didn't proceed with it.
However, at work people had seen the article and spread the word and jokes were made in relation to the police digging up the
garden I had worked so hard on to find the remains of the baby.I was really offended by this and felt humiliated.I initially was proud of the purchase of my new home, but after the publication and jokes I felt embarrassed and didn't ask any of my work mates over to my home. (i didn't have a house warming party)Up till today I don't like to talk about my home - but people at work still relate it to me. the case in still in papers and people at work still talk about it.

I don't think it will, but I wanted to be sure:

When my daughter was 3 or 4 months old, her father had court ordered visitation, so I had to let him take her. He wound up leaving her unattended in a bar because he got drunk and claims to have forgotten her there. She was picked up by the police and when they got into contact with me, I had to deal with social services for the next few weeks (which I totally understood- they were out for my daughter's best interest and needed to be sure that I was more responsible than he was).

My daughter is now about to start school next year and I got the information packet yesterday. I would like to sign up as the homeroom mother 2 days a week, but they will check my record beforehand for any issues involving child abuse or neglect in the past. Will this incident with social services be on there?

It is obvious these articles are extremely biased and are trying to make Ron Paul supporters appear as "nerds"? They even call the college students nerds for wearing t-shirts with Ron Paul's name on them. Ron Paul's supporters leave standing room only because they want him as their President in 2008.

Do you think this kind of slander against people who support Ron Paul deserves a public apology?

Times report says:
"Only now the audience is packed with hundreds of kids in RON PAUL REVOLUTION T-shirts who go nuts — giving standing ovations when he drones on about getting rid of the Federal Reserve and returning to the gold standard."

Ron Paul does Not drone on!

They also are not calling him a Republican which he clearly is! He is one of the most conservative Republicans running for President!

Who owns stock in Time Magazine and paid for this poor excuse for a story?

Suppose everyone stops paying into social security and instead has funds deducted from their pay for universal health care. Many of the people currently paying into social security will recieve absolutely no benefit from it if they can't live long enough to collect it. Isn't your current health a bigger priority than your retirement? If you take an individualist standpoint on the issue of health care then I don't see why you would mind trading money given to the elderly and poor for money given to keep America's youth in the work force and contributing to society.

The Liberals make sure that the mines get rich, The unions make sure workers do it safely. I know who I want protecting me in the workplace when it comes to WORKCHOICES! The party protecting me not protecting my employer!

If i am not good at my job then they can fire me no questions. But with the cost of living going through the roof and mortgages getting bigger I want job protection. I make no apologies about that.

How do you feel about WORKCHOICES?
