They have weird love for God.
They love wars.
And whatever they do is right even tho it aint because they claim they are just following "gods instruction".
One perfect example is supoprt of illegal state Israel because of religion.

It's difficult to spot one solely by his or her appearance, though neocons come from a predominately upper-middle class or wealthy background.
The best indicators, however, are in their speech. Their tone of voice becomes overbearing and obnoxious when discussing politics. They become increasingly agitated when countered by points-of-view as they prefer strict adherence and confirmations of agreement with their own views, though in real life, neocons are more discreet about their disdain for liberalism than the average, loud-mouthed paleo-con.
Unequivocal praise for the state of Israel and their penchant and love for preemptive measures are dead giveaways.

Alphabetsoup is correct, they are mainly a small group of DC insiders. You may know them by their aggressive hegemonic foreign policy, and their basic characteristics are pseudo intellectualism and arrogance.

Are you serious????? This is top priority G-14 classified information. Every neo-con has a birthmark of Ronald Regan on their right calf. Not much help to you if they're wearing pants but it's a start.

I would say:
1. They've got eyes, ears, and a mouth.
2. They have arms, legs, fingers and toes.
3. They have blood pumping through their veins.
4. They have a heart, a brain, kidneys, lungs, a liver, and reproductive organs.
5. They have skin covering their bones, muscle, and veins.
In other words, they're human. They can be any age, either sex, rich or poor, any race, any religion, any sexual orientation, et cetera.
Just like liberals, conservatives, moderates, Republicans, Democrats, communists, socialists, and whatever else you can think of.
