Absolutely. I voted for Bush twice. The first time was because I believed in some of the domestic policy changes he proposed. Unfortunately he abandoned most of these initiatives at the first sign of dissent. This disturbed me greatly because I believed in ideas like Social Security reform. Due to this discontent I probably would not have voted for Bush in the second election, but I could not vote for John Kerry. I just did not trust the man on several levels.

The Democrats are starting to develop a pattern of putting forward unelectable candidates. The main reason is because the big party money is funded by liberals and thus liberal candidates are put forward. The problem with this idea is that the country is moderate, not liberal. As such, liberal candidates have very little chance of being elected to the office of President. For some reason the Democrat machine seems to be unable, or unwilling to recognize this basic fact.

Both of those elections are over. It doesn't matter who voted for whom now. I didn't vote for GWB either time, but he is our President. Like it or not he is supposed to get respect; even if you didn't vote for him. We need to look to the future, not the past. There is another election coming up soon. That is the subject we should be discussing.
