Arent Iraqi have around 100,0000 men and their jet fighters?
where r those men now and what happened to their fighters? i know that their tanks r destroyed but what about rest of their arsenal? n why during invasion of iraq they dont use their weapons effectively?n during strike and awe why their fighters dont intercept US bombers but just being idle and being easy targets?

some have become the new iraqi army...and some have moved on to work the terrorists that are now terrorizing the people with suicide bombs and other attacks

Most of their military dissolved after the war on Saddam. Each of their planes was either burried in the sand with mothballs, blown up on the ground, or shipped to Syria/Iran etc. As has been said, some of their military personnel continued to rain terror on the Iraqi people by joining the insurgency. Others joined the new Iraqi army and seek to bring peace to a newly freed people.
As to the use of equipment, Saddam tried many times before, especially in Gulf War I to use his aircraft against us. The resounding story of that effort was massive failure on the part of the Iraqi's Air Forces. Fear of repeat performances of surgical destruction of his entire air force caused Saddam to withold ANY air craft from joining the fray.

The Iraqui fighters were found buried in the dessert after the US forces hit the ground.
The Army disbanded itself after there was no government to pay them.
