What policies would you like to see in place regarding housing, employment etc?

Personally I'd like to see much more investment in Social Housing and employment training. I'd like to see Welsh people put first so that they don't end up on the dole while migrants do jobs they could do, or being homeless while their local council and housing associations give homes to asylum seekers. A Welsh government could put their own laws in place about these things.

We are a poor country and well paid jobs in Wales are few and far between. The average salary in some parts of Wales is only £10,000 pa. Many people in Wales work for minimum wage as there isn't a lot of choice. Social housing, training and job creation are necessary to improve life for Welsh workers. Westminster have screwed things up for us for long enough. What benefits England (ie they "need" immigrant workers to bolster their economy) does not benefit Wales!!! And whats more they don't seem to care!

I went to a so-called 'progressive' school, but the levels of respect were already sliding fast. Surely discipline and a modicum of order is conducive to learning? Many of todays school teachers are as bad as the pupils. Where did it go wrong?

Since the pas 4 years many nations around the world have seen washington as a threat to global security as a result of its unachievable middle east policy.

After 3 days of deliberation, we considered ourselves hopeless. Reported this to the court, and judge sent us back to continue deliberating. Will this ever end? Just how long can a judge make you "try" to reach a verdict? It's not like we haven't given it our all as it is. I went from feeling proud to serve to feeling like a hostage! Anyone out there had similar situations? How did you deal?

I'm planing on going into the Air Force in 2 month, but I have a couple of question I would like to get some info on:
1)Are the dorms Co-Ed, can you have Air women sleep over in your dorm (I'm a man)
2)While I'm their I get my B.A. can I then become a Commission Officer?
3)I hear the service is just like a regular job, is it like a regular job in the sence that i would go in at 8am and out by 5pm, and if so, would I be able to go out into the town? is their a time they want you back?
4)What is the ratio of men to women?
5)Can you drink on base?
6)Do you work on weekends? and If you don't will i be able to leave the base for the weekend?
Ok that's it, These are the only questions that I have now, I have recieved answers to my most importan question already. But I just though of these, so any help would really... help.

is it possible for someone from africa to come back to uk on a spouse visa if thay have overstayed for a year in the UK, gone bk to their country, got married to a british citerzen there and applied form there?
they have a family with small children, are happily married and a job and somewhere to live.

I'm struggling to see any difference between the government and an organised crime family.
Protection racketeering, extortion and robbery. It seems like the government legalises these things and just gives them different titles.

I mean in the last debate that is. Edwards stated that hillary takes from special interest and that he and the other democrats dont and thats when Edwards was booed. I dont get it personally anytime you take money for special interest you sale out on america.
