Let me tell you what son!!! Coming from a very conservative background and being hardened in the ways all my life, I need to say that the fearmongering rudeness from conservatives of today has made me a liberal. Sure i still don't believe in abortion and gay marriage, but.. after listening to all that hate-filled filth coming from Hannity; Limbaugh; O'reilly ; Dobbs etc...thes last 7 or so years, you better believe I aint' gonna be voting for a party who is that classless. Dang it !!! How did we get so rude and just plain mean? And these jokers running for the GOP are just as bad. Hell, I never figured I would say it but I will vote for a Dem. at least until my party becomes humane again.

I bet that it will not happen. McClellan already seems to be pulling back from his statement. This is very common when someone writes a supposedly tell all insider book about the Bush administration. Former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neil, nuclear arms inspectors David Kay and Hans Blix, counterterrorism chief Dick Clarke, CIA Chief George Tenet, General Tommy Franks, and Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan have ALL backpedaled on their controversial claims within days after making them or having their books published. Something is definitely going on here...

Not only do people take back their statements, but we also have a new attorney general who completely supports the administration's positions on everything, even the torture or excuse me... enhanced interrogation of suspected terrorists. Mucasey is very unilikely in my view to start a prosecution or to allow his US Attorneys to do so. As far as US Attorney and Special Prosecutor Peter Fitzgerald goes, he may not have closed out his case. but he had the opportunity to prosecute Rove and Cheney already and he didn't.

If I had to call it now . . . the Republican party will throw Cheney under the bus in epic numbers and the President will emerge largely unscathed.

wow...this is what the liberals have sunk to? interesting. first, if there were any "crimes" the pelosi/reid regime woudlve jumped on them in a heartbeat so this idea that a host of liberal wannabees will step forward to clear their conscious is absurd. next, do you think if the intent of pelosi is so obvious as to even looking into laura bushs childhood that they woudlve missed anything so major as you think there is...DOUBTFUL. the point here is your question has no answer as your premise is both false and ridiculous.

George lies? You can't be serious. He is a man of vision, integrity, a resolute leader presiding over the Mexicanization of America.
