Fiancee visa is purportedly issued to marry in the US. Thus, use it in marrying a US resident.

A fiance visa can only be issued to an alien whose purpose in entering the U.S. is to marry a U.S. citizen within 90 days of arrival.
You said you plan to marry a U.S. resident using a fiance visa. Lawful permanent residents of the U.S. are not eligible to petition for fiances.
If your fiance is an alien, he or she cannot petition for you. If they tried to petition for you, the petition would be denied.
