HI
I have a question regarding covenants in residential estates.
If one of the covenents on the deed of covenants signedby I, was the requirement to erect a house of 230m2 and i built a house that was 200m2, without notifying the seller, what could be the worst action that they could take. It says also that changes to the concept house plans must be resubmitted before doing.

Realistically, they could not possibly know that the size difference has changed without getting out a measuring tape, however i would like to know the punishment.

The only thing that it says in the convenants is that the seller may enforce its rights against the buyer (Me), by way of injuctions, in respect to any breach thereon or any attempt to do so. Does this mean, in the case of breach that all that they can achieve is an injunction.

Also, I don't see how these actions would cause them financial losses, so you cannot be suid for that.

Scott states in his new book that Scooter didn't do it , he just lied to protect president Bush & V.P.Chenne + 4 other High ranking white house officials . Would this explain why Bush made sure Scooter didn't sit one day of his prison sentence? NO Matter what Bush & Chenne;s reasons, should they be risking the life of an under cover CIA agent, at a time of war,, when she was gathering info? Scott has been very loyal to bush and has no reason to lie about some thing as serious as accusing the President And V P of being TRAITORS while our troops are fighting and dieing,,or "Worse" ! If this is true they are all guilty of treason! You cant blow the cover of an CIA Agent just to punish her husband for writing reports that "there are no WMDs in Iraq" He was just doing his job as Honestly as he knew how, If Bush/Chenne did do this at a time of war ,,does this make them Traitors? if so, What will/should be done?

I am no longer living with my parents, I go to college and I rent a room form an elderly couple. I make my own money to support myself. I will turn 18 in April. My friend (23) is going to get his own apartment and he wanted me to be his apartment mate. (2 bed apt.) I am all but legally emancipated for my state, I just don;t know if I should take the time to fill out the court papers. By the time it goes through I 'll probably be 18. Should I just tell the landlord that I am emancipated if I am made to sign the lease?

It seems to me most lawsuits come from people refusing to accept responsibility for their own actions. And as a result our legal system is being flooded with nonsense that wastes tax dollars.

There is no disputing the facts that the war with Iraq is by Constitutional measurements illegal. Habeas Corpus has been done away with and there is talk of stopping "Free Speaking and thinking"..Children are denied health care and teachers have to bring supplies to school. Our roads and bridges are falling down and our national debt is off the charts, and yet the media rarely mentions these things. Why are we allowing this adminsitration to do this to us? Why do we allow Congress to vote for these things. I'd bet most people do not know that now we can be arrested and thrown in a jail and shipped to Egypt and tortured, or killed, and there is nothing we can do, and no one would know where we are or why. Why aren't we screaming Impeachment in the streets? This will stop future administrations from going this far again. Your thoughts?

...to support free-thinking and originality, but also believe in over-zealous political correctness (even to the point of banning certain words) which tells people to be ashamed of their opinions if they could not be considered "nice" by a single person?

In addition, why do they cling to political correctness, yet support such things as allowing strip-clubs within city limits or broadcast sexually suggestive programs and those that show the act itself, and even go so far as to justify prostitution?

Since this nation is full of idiots who cry about how much they want the war to end but at the same time vote for people who say that they will keep fighting and take the war into more countries. (HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE!!! RON PAUL WILL END THE WAR VOTE FOR HIM) Hillary will take us into Iran

So after this country falls where should I move. Weather isn't that big of a deal (How cold is Canada in summer) I'm an accountant so work in a metropolis setting will be easy to find.

I know the sings that say get out of the county, not all of them have happened yet but they are well on there way. (Hillary=Death to America) I would not like to learn another language. (I speak English, but again, this county is on its way to becoming Bi-Lingual anyway, (Hillary will give immigrants amnesty))

I've heard that England is following in the footsteps of America turning into a police state. But Ive also heard that Scotland is trying to declare independence, I'm 1/2 Scottish so I was thinking that might be a good place.

Are all democratization efforts made by the USA doomed to be renamed attempts by corporations to gain new markets?Just because America is capitalist doesn't mean bankers and CEO's magically become scapegoats.Examples include how the war in Iraq was magically renamed a war for oil,how vietnam was called a war for american markets,or even Tony L's answer here.

Is it pride? Is it because they are die-hard republican, and refuse to admit there's a better leader coming? And, how many HONESTLY believe he's done anything but pick fights, lie, bumble his own words, ruin the economy, look and sound like a retard, piss off the entire world, jeopardize the national security he so vehemently claims to defend (Valerie Plame ring a bell?) and kill thousands of our armed forces over weapons that don't exist in a country nobody cares about? Don't even get me started on the Mexican he enjoys seeing illegally taking my friend's job.

My friend from Indonesia came to the United States in Summer of 2006 to live with his uncle so he could study. Just about a few months ago, his VISA expired and now, he can't do anything. He really wants to go to College and continue studying in America. Is there any possibility that he could acquire permanent residency despite him being considered illegal now.
