In theory it's a "violent sin" and therefore could carry the death penalty.

In reality, though, Islamic countries are more likely to punish the woman for being foolish enough to get raped, not the rapist.

There's media coverage at the moment of a case from Qatif in Saudi Arabia in which an engaged girl met a male school friend at a mall to get some pictures he had, and they were both kidnapped and gang-raped. The girl was raped 14 times, and has been sentenced to 200 lashes for meeting the man at the mall.

i have no idea what your asking but i think if a man or men is sick enough to rape a women then they should get major punishment. they should have there penis chopped off.

it must be a severe punishment but if a girl does not comply to marry the boy her father chose for she might be gangraped by her uncles or villagers
