Is it pride? Is it because they are die-hard republican, and refuse to admit there's a better leader coming? And, how many HONESTLY believe he's done anything but pick fights, lie, bumble his own words, ruin the economy, look and sound like a retard, piss off the entire world, jeopardize the national security he so vehemently claims to defend (Valerie Plame ring a bell?) and kill thousands of our armed forces over weapons that don't exist in a country nobody cares about? Don't even get me started on the Mexican he enjoys seeing illegally taking my friend's job.

First off little girl, our president has done nothing that any other president wouldn"t have done had all the Americans been killed on their watch. That is except Bill And Hillary Clinton. You are obviously anti-American and there are a lot of Americans out here that don't appreciate your rantings and ravings.
But OK,lets you and me agree to disagree.Thats our right as Americans right?
All the people that voted our president in office may not agree with everything he has done since but,we are still Americans. We will not support any faction in this country that so blatently spouts the crap you do.
You have the right to voice your oppion but you do not have the right to treasoness remarks as long as we are at war.
How would you feel if it were part of your family in the World Trade Center when it fell?
We may not agree with President Bush on everything he does in regaurds to this war but at least its not your kids or my kids dying in a terrorist bomb down at the local supermarket.
Either way it goes, whoever wins the next election had better keep our best interest at mind over ANYONE else in the world. If not, people like me will hold people like you responsible.
See,that is one thing you are forgetting, if we get to the point to where the terroist are here and killing us at home,,,it is people like you that the rest of us will blame.
You should be more concerned about our Nations saftey and who will ensure that than your petty hates against Bush or any other one person you blame in your brainwashed mind.
Im not Republican or Democrat,I'm American,And God help you if the war comes home...

Maybe because he is an honest, upright, moral gentleman who has done NOTHING WRONG. Oh, he's human and makes mistakes, and I don't particularly agree with his stance on illegal immigration, but he is NOT the vile, evil person these Bush-haters portray him to be. These people are blinded by their hatred... totally blinded, AND deafened to the truth, too.

Just LOOK at your "statement" (for that is not a question, but more of a rant). You sit there and list all this "stuff" that Bush is supposedly guilty of... but if he were, WHERE are the charges? WHERE are the FACTS? If you're so hot on impeaching him, and IF you THINK you HAVE the EVIDENCE to impeach him... the GO AHEAD AND TRY! But you CAN'T because NONE of these charges are based in ANY sort of TRUTH or factual EVIDENCE.

You have bought into such a bunch of BS "talking points" crap put out by people who have nothing better to do with their time and energies than to aim their hatred at Bush. I've YET to see ANY CREDIBLE EVIDENCE of ANYTHING Bush has done SO wrong and SO ILLEGAL as to warrant an impeachment.

Have a right-wing day.

I agree with all that you say, and having lived in Europe for the last ten years, find that the Europeans think the same. They always asked me "How could you Americans re-elect him?" I had no answers because I, too, was dumbfounded when he was re-elected. I know many people (sadly, most of my family, including my adult children) who dismiss any negative about him and stand by him. They are loyal to the end. But how many people followed Jim Jones and drank the kool-aid, thinking they were going to have a better life? People blindly follow leaders when they themselves are weak, are afraid to say they made a mistake (the pride you talk about), will not switch parties anymore than they would switch makes of cars they buy, latch on to the rich(which the Bushes are), and so on.
In contrast, they ask why you and I think like we do. Why do we not see the good that he does, why do we not see the harm that democrats (or anyone opposite the Bush empire) do? And so on.
America is polarized with only two parties. In a lot of European countries, there are many, so you don't have the craziness we have here. Our checks and balances are gone, so whoever is in power can pretty much write their own ticket. Sadly, Bush has completely abolished checks and balances, so everything is up for grabs.
Will it change? Yes, for four years and maybe 8. And then, (remember the polarization I mentioned), it will go back to the Republicans, and soon back again.
American can't change the system, because we have given our power away. A honest politician can't win, because there are too many who want the power and riches that go with the office to allow any changes. When someone has stepped up, they didn't last.
And to think we are trying to sell this form of government to other countries. It's a joke, and while living in Europe,I found that we Americans are the joke.

Because he is our President...we respect our President of the United States of America. He is a great man who deserves our respect for all of the hard work he demonstrates in the White House.

Everything that "Ronboy" wrote in his post is exactly what I would say to answer your question!! Why, because it's true.

What is even more amazing is the blind support for the Clinton's who are so immoral and corrupt they even stole furniture and other items which belong in the White House and actually belong to the American People. And you want to put them back in there?

William Jefferson Clinton's Legacy as President:

The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court

Bush can't top that!

Some media outlets frame him as the american hero; hence, they believe he is an american hero. also, today's society is less likely to associate themselves with politics and government; therefore, we have become a naive society, despretly wanting news on whether or not britney will get custody of her kids

Gosh, there isn't much I can add to the people who have already responded, so i'll just give you a little chuckle instead:
Do you know how everytime you see him he's always waving? whether he's getting off of his plane or about to approach the podium, that's all he does is wave. OF COURSE!! It would be inconsiderate of him not to wave goodbye to another cabinet member!!

How can you possibly look at the same facts and opinions and arrive a day late and a dollar short (everytime)?! I believe you refuse to look at or accept as fact a lot of what we know to be factual. You choose instead to live in a false paradigm.

I'm thinking some kind of Vchip implant or something, kinda like the manchurian candidate.
When Bush does something stupid, they flip a switch and it causes them to go parroting pre-programmed right-wing propaganda.
Probably call it a Patriot Chip.

Gee, it's so easy to blame every bad thing in life on one person. Do you actually know exactly what powers the president has and don't have? Do you really believe that he can get up in the morning and say this is the way it's going to be whether you like it or not? Check these facts out!
