Well not just them alone. If theres going to be a world body policing the world, it should come from all nations corresponding and putting forth various ideas. If it were to come from one superpower, then it would dismiss the genuine concerns pertaining to another country, which may not function the same way as the USA. This would lead to strife and dissent, even from other countries own police forces.

No, there is a thin line between 'policying' the world and bullying it only the U.S. see it as 'policing' the rest of the world sees it as corrupt bullying. So simply NO

Yes because there are too many rogue/criminal nations in the world that need to be restrained by a Superpower, with the fall of the Soviet Union the responsibility lies squarely with U.S.A. otherwise the world would be rendered an unsafe place.

No. The US has its own problems that need to be dealt with.
When they get their own problems under control then they can start to police the world.

No.. Not unless we tax other counties for the money they are saving not taking care of there own land. I bet thats where a lot of our taxes go and that would be some relief.
