govt of kerala is taking land for the laksham veedu,sunamieffected people.so that the govt given notification with survey no.I did nt knew this all stories because i and my family are here.Now heard that they r going to take my land (4Acers). Ho w can i get out from this subject.

The government has the power to occupy or take private lands only if it will be used for public purpose after just compensation.
