I mean cmon legalize it already and tax it for a certain age limit, and use the tax money for alcohol addicts, and terminally ill folks.

Terminally ill patients who smoke marijuana to alleviate pain can be prosecuted for violating federal drug laws, even if their own state laws allow them to use marijuana for medical purposes, the Supreme Court ruled Monday. <
I mean u can't take one addiction and use it for another, but I'm saying I've never heard of people overdose on something that naturally grows out of the ground.

I know people would abuse it like drunks abuse alcohol, bit it's way safer then alcohol, or meth or crack or heroine etc etc., but you have to take the reefer into consideration and smoke it on special occasions.

Please remember in your minds, good habits are just as hard to break as the bad ones, (nicotine addiction is a bad habit)
(Good daily routine is a good habit)

legalize it and make it a good habit.

OH AND **** THAT REEFER MADNESS MOVIE

Executive Order 9066: The President Authorizes Japanese Relocation

In an atmosphere of World War II hysteria, President Roosevelt, encouraged by officials at all levels of the federal government, authorized the internment of tens of thousands of American citizens of Japanese ancestry and resident aliens from Japan. Roosevelt’s Executive Order 9066, dated February 19, 1942, gave the military broad powers to ban any citizen from a fifty- to sixty-mile-wide coastal area stretching from Washington state to California and extending inland into southern Arizona. The order also authorized transporting these citizens to assembly centers hastily set up and governed by the military in California, Arizona, Washington state, and Oregon. Although it is not well known, the same executive order (and other war-time orders and restrictions) were also applied to smaller numbers of residents of the United States who were of Italian or German descent. For example, 3,200 resident aliens of Italian

A disgrace to Australia, as our Foreign Affairs Minister, all he wants to do is bow down to all the Asian countries, try ever so patiently not to offend and lacks the courage to stand and put our views across to a recalcitrant Northern Neighbour ! He belongs in fishnet stockings and not embarassing Australia with hes empathic dribbling anymore.

I see so many young people here. Some want homework some want a contact? DO you think twice before you swear, rant, name call and behave like animals on the politics pages? One kid looked like a person we have here ? How do you know and many of us are old enough to know better.

SO please tell me. How can we improve this and avoid our own issues? BTW new laws include cyber space intimidation
NOT Harrasment just intimidate & it's all on line ! New Federal Laws beware !!

Just curious. Thanks for any input!

My husband's uncle is in a nursing home and they will not let him go until he finds a doctor where I live. They will not refer him to a doctor here. They are not giving us many answers and not returning calls right away. Do seniors have rights? Can't he just sign himself out? We are in Arkansas. What can they do legally? He is going to get a doctor here, but the nursing home wants a doctor to call them and any doctor in town will not because they have not yet seen him as a patient. We wnat him home for Thanksgiving. ~~Desperate for answers

What are the proper things to do before a trial date if someone is arrested for DUI (suspecting they failed the breathe test)? If the arrested person also has a good standing with the cops and they notified the Judge that they were on outstanding behavior the whole time and very cooperative. Would going to AA meetings and getting counseling help when trial comes around. (Or pre-trial meeting with the prosecutor and attorney) Would community service before the court date show a more positive side to the individual and help their case? Any other things that could be done to help resolve the issue and help in the eyes of the prosecutor or judge?

I was supposed to PCS from Korea five days ago, but ended up getting extended for 30 days because I am receiving a bad conduct discharge from the Army. My question is to anyone that can help me figure out my options when I get out. Will I ever be able to join again after a certain amount of time, will it be extremely hard for me to get a job or continue with college. I welcome any advice on the subject. Thanks! :)

I paid 10% bale bond for someone and the person was told that if he does something that sends him to jail one more time, the person who got him a bail bond will have to pay the full bond. I just found out he has not paid his fines for this month. Could this make him go to jail? If so, what can he do to prevent that?
