I mean cmon legalize it already and tax it for a certain age limit, and use the tax money for alcohol addicts, and terminally ill folks.

Terminally ill patients who smoke marijuana to alleviate pain can be prosecuted for violating federal drug laws, even if their own state laws allow them to use marijuana for medical purposes, the Supreme Court ruled Monday. <
I mean u can't take one addiction and use it for another, but I'm saying I've never heard of people overdose on something that naturally grows out of the ground.

I know people would abuse it like drunks abuse alcohol, bit it's way safer then alcohol, or meth or crack or heroine etc etc., but you have to take the reefer into consideration and smoke it on special occasions.

Please remember in your minds, good habits are just as hard to break as the bad ones, (nicotine addiction is a bad habit)
(Good daily routine is a good habit)

legalize it and make it a good habit.

OH AND **** THAT REEFER MADNESS MOVIE

Funny thing, that. A town near Boise, Idaho, just legalized it- however, the federal law supercedes the new law. However, in talking with my husband, what they do is, they advise their police force to make marijuana busts their lowest priority- i.e., unless you pretty much offer Officer Friendly a toke, he is to pretty much ignore it. Some day, this may become so widespread that it's adopted on the federal level...or they'll realize that the tax revenue could be used to clean up the f*cking tweakers some! (And god knows, stoners aren't the troublemakers- I've never been carjacked by anybody smokin' Mary Jane, but crackheads? TWICE!!!) I'm with ya, brother....and I'm allergic to the stuff!! ;)

I don't even smoke Marijuana ...And your question a bit weird-However...Understood.. YES, I agree. If marijuana was legalized and sold and taxed as they tax cigarettes..Our country would not have the deficit we do today.
We spend more money on the fight against drugs (that does not work) than if we just legalized them and taxed the hell out of them...We would be once again the wealthiest nation instead of working toward the poorest.

I vote yes and I don't even smoke the crap.

Smoking, it doens't matter what you are smoking, is BAD for you!

So it will always be a BAD habit.

It is too hard to tax right now. If the government can figure out a way to make really good money off of it, then it will happen one day.

But not soon.

Plus, I couldn't care less. I don't do it, and I never will do it.

Smoking pot is just for lazy people that can't figure out what they want from life. It is just a stupid drug, like all the others.

Hi. The dumbest government ban is on http://www.narconon.ca/Ecstasy.htm This drug has proven benefits for social psychology problems but, because of its potential for abuse, it has been deemed a "Banned for anything, including research" drug. The same mentality that banned radio receivers from getting cell phone frequencies because some government official got caught using his cell phone to 'hook' up a date. Dumb.

With the slight chance of offending pot heads, I hope NOT... Pot is psychologically addicting. I had a brother-in-law who was a total jerkoff, very MEAN guy. But when he got high, he was as sweet as candy. He would throw $$ at my sis and me !! His whole personality changed. I am a former pothead. I am soooo glad I finally quit. So, no...

Be patient. The IRS is working on the problem now. As soon as they find a way to tax it, it will be made legal.

So....you're what....another teenage kid who wants to legally sit around and kill a few brain cells?

Legal Pot - Ain't gonna happen. So give up the dream....get back to studying and stop killing your brain cells.

After all....studying every day is a good daily routine and therefore a good habit!
