Still keeping my beloved YA I just have ideas and can not figure out how!

It's a good idea to learn, in depth, how to program in stuff like HTML. Or, I don't know if this can completely work, but Microsoft's Visual Studios .NET platform is geared towards the Internet and portability (although not simplicity). I don't know if VS can host, but it can help with certain parts. Such as a database (in XML), Java-like programs, and other stuff.
Just keep at it, and you'll get it done. Look at other sites to get a feel for making and maintaining large projects. Also become familiar with action scripts for automation.
My experience is with QBASIC, TI-BASIC, C++, and my favorite, FreeBASIC. So I can't help with the exact particulars of domain-specific code. But I can try. :)
