i cannot really understand what you are asking? but Im gonna do my best on what I think your saying....

anything on his juvy file is gone, he is an adult now correct. As for the underage drinking.. well thats not a serious offence, but the burglary is. Now hes out on bond for the burglary? if so when he goes before the court chances are he will have to do time if he used a weapon of somesort.. it depends on what the court finds was his "intent".

I do not know the law in Ohio but he does have the right to a DUE PROCESS and trial by jury. These terms can be found on Google. Make sure he fully understands what he is being charged with and so on. good luck

The felony burglary charge depends on his past, if he has had any other felony. I wouldnt worry about his juvy record or drinking underage charge. The judge will also review why he did it and if he is working/going to school. Hard to say possible county jail time or probation or both.

Just relax, have him talk to his lawyer, or public defender about this issue. All will be decided when you reach a plea agreement with the prosecutor. There is a good chance he will get probation. If not, he will not serve very long. Burglary is not armed robbery. Get a good nights sleep, and do not let this eat you up inside.

I let my charges really get to me. I was put in three different mental hospitals, four times during my trial. It is not worth stressing so much over.

Take care

DEPENDS ON HOW LONG AGO THE OTHER ADULT CHARGES WERE COMMITTED AND WHAT THE SENTENCING WAS AT THAT TIME??
IF HE HAS BEEN OUT ON BOND AND IS A MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY WITH A GOOD JOB, FELONY 4 IS A LOW SENTENCE AND HE COULD GET JAIL TIME OR PROBATION TIME DEPENDING ON THE PROSECUTORS RECOMMENDATION AND THE JUDGE?
