IMO the most likely scenario at this time would be India/Pakistan. They nearly went to war with each other in 2000.
The next most likely scenario would be China/Taiwan.

Shes right it was Hiroshima,but if you mean today I believe,It will be Iran,after Israel tries to take them outright after numerous threats to their country,they will attack Iran on small fronts with conventional weapons,much like they did Syria whom had Hesbollah pointing missles(some nuclear they discovered...wonder where they got 'em ...maybe Saddam perhaps, Quaddafy did give up a bunch of weapons at the start of the war he said werent his) at Israel.In frustration Iran will retaliate with nuclear weapons,Now will they be fired from Iran,or will the Pakistani Muslim extremists coo and help Iran and Launch them from there?

The next non-test detonation of a nuclear device will most certainly be done by islamic terrorists. Just as soon as they get one and work out the logistics of placing it they will set it off.

ok. i know these are facts, and some of the other answers arent. we dropped the nuclear bomb on japan already, and now many countries are in possession of nuclear weapons. they have NOT all been set off underground, wow

Balistic missles will be the doomsday devise.
Boomers don't stand a chance these days.
You biggest worries are the suitcase bombs,using spent uranium any fool can steal from a hospital or munitions plant.
I'm more worried about the nerve gas, etc these fools are willing to unleash on us!!!

No! two have been dropped in the past in combat,
many more have been used in tests.

u mean the third we ( usa ) dropped 2 alraedy in 1940's on Japan. I don't think it will happen again cause whoever does it signing death warrant of planet cause they are so many out there now

To my understanding there are no more nuclear bombs, they have either all been detonated underground or they have been buried. Besides that's old school, now they have biological warfare and anyway if a bomb was headed this way the millions of satellites we have in space would alert the government hours before it's impact and blow it out of the sky. But if you just want to know who might do that first I would have to pick Korea, and just because they are jealous, and I figure around 2015. Just a guess.
