but did not have enough details to prevent even though they had one of the perpetrators, can the families of the victims sue the government for limiting the means by which the proper authorities could gather the needed information that would have stopped the attack? In other words do the authorities in charge not have the obligation to protect their citizens regardless of the cost to those planning the attack?

The U.S. investigated her trip to Vietnam and found no reason to bring any charges against her.

In spite of the truth, I’ve never heard, and read more right wing lies, and pure war rumors, doctored stories, and cowardly right wing gossip spread about anyone else in history. Furthermore, virtually all POW stories are complete (relentless) fabrications, and where any merit can be found, for “aid and comfort to the enemy” pales in comparison to the fact that a lone civilian woman, did more than anyone else to end the hopeless American waste in Vietnam. To top that, Jane Fonda shortened the duration of the war, and the torture of POWs.

Shameless fabrications

Bits and pieces of shameless fabrications, were cobbled together by persons unknown to create the "Hanoi Jane" diatribe which still circulates on the Internet today.

For persistent pro war activists, who like to claim that anything good ever came of Vietnam, keep in mind that today Vietnam is in fact 100% Communist.

They will not let us drill for new oil anywhere on American soil because the caribou need to freeze in order to mate. Other countries are dilling off of florida and california as we speak? How are liberals, who claim to have a monopoly on morality, helping the energy crisis other than taxing the successful oil companies? The answers from libs should be funny

Someday they are going to have to acknowledge the truth, no matter how much they hate, ignore and obey Murdoch's orders.

The $7 million dollars in one day during the Boston Tea Party Anniversary on Dec. 16th will force even them to take a look and say something!

The Boston Tea Party was the start of the first Revolution and the true start to America's Independence.

Dec. 16th will be the start of a new but peaceful Revolution and a quest to RESTORE our independence and Constitutional rights as citizens

Vote Ron Paul

You just wait - its coming!

I'm curious to what other people think of this. In my personal opinion, I don't see why it is illegal and believe it should be legalized. It is just like alcohol, it has all of the same effects except you cannot over dose on it. So in a sense it is actually safer than alcohol! People use marijuana to try and forget whats going on around them, to become numb, and partially stupid, to jut get into a better mood; just as anyone who uses alcohol does. So why is it illegal? What do you think?

I was in Canada last week and I almost got in a fight due to the ribbing we Americans were taking on our under valued currency. I tried to tell them that our economy was in great shape because our unemployment was less than 5% but that didn't seem to work. What would you have said?

My husband and I recently separated. We live in NJ. We have a 2 year old son and I've been a stay-at-home mom since he was born. I'm currently seeking employment but as of yet no job. If this goes to court, I want to fight for full legal and sole custody because I think my husband is unfit. He also has an impressive criminal record (nothing new in the last almost 3 years though). He almost never played with or took care of his son while we were together and now I think he will want to fight for joint custody to avoid paying child support and to have power over me. I'm having mutual friends documenting their observations of him as a dad (not too good), and having them signed and notarized. He barely makes time to see his son now that we're apart and until my son is old enough to decide for himself, I want custody. With or without a job, what are my chances? Also, I can't afford a lawyer. What legal help can I get if we go to court? Any advice would help. Thanks.

I paid this lawyer to represent me in a case that he sent his secretary or who ever she said she was. She said he was at another trial, when he could have told me this when I paid him money for him to be there. Should I ask for a refund or see if he showed up on my next court date or what?

This is not a wind up. Is it possible for the British Gov't to contaminate water supplies with some kind of drug / suppressant, which affects those people who drink tap water, so we are somehow blinkered, or have our eye taken off the ball as to what's actually occuring in this country? With all the Gov'ts lies, deceit, and goings on, raping us of every penny, selling Britains soul to the devil so to speak, the people of this country just stand to one side and let them get away with it, as if nothings happening. Is this possible?,because most of the population drink tap water. It's as if the Gov't are blatantly doing things but the British people won't do anything about it. I don't drink tap water, & I can see through their smoke screen of scams, lies, global warming tactics for taxation ( the planet goes through a natural carbon cycle, and whats happening now is to do with what occured 200/300 yrs ago) Could this be the biggest conspiracy theory ever, becuase we all need water to live
