I hope he doesn't go to jail. Then he won't have time to look for the real killer of Nicole and Ron. How's that search going anyway?

He can only be held responsible for any crimes he was convicted of. He was not convicted in the deaths of his wife and Ron Goldman, hence those do not count even though a civil court held that he was responsible for the deaths because a civil court judgment against someone isn't considered a crime. It is only criminal if found guilty by being prosecuted or entering a guilty plea. If he has committed other crimes that are worthy of being considered a strike, those can be held against him.

the three strikes law only applies to convicted felons. if OJ is convicted in these crimes he is charged with, if he gets out of prison, and is convicted of another felony, that second conviction will be strike two.

Isn't this a ***** he won't get put away for killing someone but is going to get 40 years for being there during a robbery. Life's great isn't it ! Maybe they can do a movie and call it something like The longest Yard some stupid movie about OJ being a football player playing against the guards something like that
