Too bad Bill Richardson was not able able to vote on it yet, assuming that he could still run for senate seat of New Mexico. He voted would have voted "no."

I dont know. I think there are better ways of dealing with the problem of illegal immigration. Im not sure a fence will work, seems like a waste of money.
