When you can't even make enough money to pay for insurance, this system isn't so great.
I made an error in my original question, he is 24 years old.
Today he was telling me about a $13,000+ operation on his sinus cavity he had a couple of years ago that the insurance company decided that they wouldn't pay (after first approving the operation...he was a delivery driver for Budweiser...I'm not sure who their insurance company is), so he has been making payments on a $13,000 debt that he shouldn't have.
So, anyway, at the ripe old age of 24, we have another American who will probably declare bankruptcy.
This guy is not a slacker, he works his butt off, and he wants to work.
This scares me because I can't afford health insurance.
I work my butt off, the rich get richer, and hopefully I can break even.
Any thoughts?

As we all know, Muslim Palestinians (and Muslims in general) hate Jews and Israel and would love to see Israel destroyed.

But nothing is ever mentioned about Christian Palestinians. How do they feel about Israel? Do they hate Israel too or do they have a better relationship with Israel than the Muslims.

Also, how to Christian and Muslim Palestinians get along?

i read that the some german scientists were fairly close to making a nuclear weapon.

but as hitler did not find a 'cowardly' weapon appealing and also they were losing the war, they tried to send the plans to japan, in a U-boat..... but the sub was destroyed.

is this true or complete bull poop?

Iran according to the UN and the international atomic watcchdog are not produceing nuclear weapons grade uranium - According to former President CCarter the secret knowledge for how is out of the bag and has been for a while

Top nuclear scientists say Iran could not produce a bomb for several years assuming they were trying

However Iran has been dumping the US dollar and is moving twords the Euro - exactly what Sadam Hussien did - nothing to do with 9/11 nothing to do with Alqueadia they weren't even in Iraq until after - AFTER the US forces pulled in

So will the US go to war to stabilize it's falling dollar and risk world war over it ?

Just to support a massive spending habit with not enough going in and too much going out -

Will world war be risked over the US's inablilty to balance a check book ?

I'm currently going through a divorce and when my husband and I went to court I told the judge that my husband had an outstanding warrant. I let them know this so that our child would be protected. I didn't want my son put in a bad situation should his father be pulled over and he's with him. They didn't DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Then if you call the cops and tell them they also do nothing about it? Last I checked, having a warrant was a crime. Do we just have a LAZY A.S.S. system, or do the police just wait around for them to commit another crime THEN bust them?? Thoughts anyone?

"If we allow Vietnam to fall, tomorrow we’ll be fighting [communists] in Hawaii, and next week in San Francisco."
--lyndon b. johnson, scaring the public into believing a withdrawal from vietnam would incite violent communist repercussions. we eventually left vietnam, and nothing happened. if anything, the communist tensions eased up a bit

"we're fighting [the terrorists] over there, so that we don't have to fight them here"
--george w. bush, scaring the public into believing a withdrawal from iraq will lead to violent repercussions. if anything, in all likelihood, the terrorism problem would decrease after a withdrawal from iraq, seeing as the terrorist problem has gotten worse since the war began, and seeing as the problem has only gotten worse in countries that support the iraq war. ironic, huh?

They were not the Military Police. Following the end of the war the people of Germany had no leadership, no law or order, and there were many displaced persons. The country was in desperate need of help. The United States Constabulary along with the 1st Infantry Division formed the deterrent to Communism in Germany and Austria. These were our first "Cold War Warriors". They were the Troopers who served during the Army of Occupation in Germany and Austria during 1946-52 under Major General Ernest N. Harmon Commanding General. These soldiers performed many of the functions that the German and Austrian governments could not perform. The United States Constabulary was phased out in December 1952 having accomplished its mission. It had been truly one of the elite forces of the U. S. Army

I am seeking information on the Cold War Certificate that was given to those who served during the Cold War.
