I would imagine there's a fair amount, considering the number of gays in the military. But I'm sure few if any are out - just like in the military...

That's a really interesting question...
I wouldn't have the faintest idea how to find the answer, though. I imagine that most in there would lie, so the stats would be off, anyway.
My guess is that there are less there than in a regular school. There are, however, some parents who'll send their kids to such places to 'straighten' them out.

Yes. Depends on the country though, some countries don't allow homosexuals to join the army/military school
