Liberals cannot even understand true facts, so how could they be convinced of anything? How far left does a Liberal lean before becoming Communist?I don't think there will be a landslide for the Democrat candidate; in fact , it will be very close! One must not forget the millions of Christian voters who will definitely not vote for a Muslim, and especially the the inexperienced, naive candidate, who claims to be a Christian, but is actually a closet Muslim. Re congress, anything can happen between now and November, 2008!

The far left will reason a branch in the democratic occasion. people who see the far left embracing Castro and Chavez, will concern that the pendulum will swing back and leap each liberal out of place of work. the priority is which you will no longer end or deter a mad canine form of far leftist, ok i will say it- communists, like Sean Penn, Timothy Sarandon, Michael Moore or George Soros. on the top of the day, liberals might have huge issues via fact they are able to't blame George Bush for each concern under the sunlight. regrettably, the u . s . will go through deeply under leftists like Pelosi, Reid and Bawney Fwank. Liberals have huge, huge issues up forward!

Don't know about landslide but, if John Edwards gets the nomination, he would be hard to beat by any Republican! Please, don't talk about his $400 hair cut, or his 30,000 sq. ft. house, cause, if I had the money, who knows, I might have the same stuff! So might you! Don't get me wrong, I like Obama too, it's just that he has the wrong name to be running at this time & even though he is a Methodist everyone thinks he is a Muslim! Yes, Edwards had some money in a hedge fund, do you honestly think that he knows where his money is invested? He has an Investment Advisor, my daughter has one too, so what! She doesn't know what her money is invested in either & she doesn't even know what a hedge fund is, she just wants to make money for her retirement. She is afraid S.S. won't be there for her! Now tell me somthing really bad about him, not just nonsense that isn't any of our business! You won't find anything there but an honest man who says what he means & means what he says! He has run his campaign on individual contributions from people like me & thats it! No bundleing from corporations, nothing from crooks, or drug dealers, just plain old folks. Thats one of the reasons he doesn't have much money to run his campaign like the other two with their $30, $40 million funds. Too many seem willing to follow the money. They seem to think this makes the candidtate more worthwhile, not so, just means they are better connected to the source of endless money & that means there will have to be a pay back, what will that pay back cost us, the little guy? More of the same as we now have in office running this country? Sure hope not! As for the Representatives, who knows, they only have (Democrats) a 36% efftective rateing but, if more of them were elected perhaps they could accomplish something!

I'm not convinced yet, but there's a strong possibility. Barring an October surprise by Republicans. You know how they operate. I'm an optimist and I believe a landslide is a prescription for real change for the better for all Americans.

Yes. The '08 elections are pretty much the Democrat's to lose. They can win, all they have to do is not screw up.
However, thier track record contains a lot of screw-ups....

I hate to tell you, but a win is a win - doesn't matter by how many. The mark is either in the win column or the lose column - nothing else goes there.

They might feel that way, but with Hillary's flip flopping on immigrants, there is a picture of what might happen in the general.

No, but we need to go in a MUCH different direction than we have been. We need to focus on what our objectives in Iraq really are, repair our aging infrastructure, fund social security, and have a better foreign policy than a "go it alone" one.

Hmm, are you just a wee bit worried that maybe Mr. G W wasn't the best man to support during his reign of terror. Because of him we have 08' in the bag.
