Immigration is has much to do with the economic problems in U.S. but not in U.K. or not? The true nature of the malise seems to be just over the horizon. Everybody was warned 10 to 15 years ago by Ross Perot as well as recently by Milton Friedman. Sounds like it is time to buckle our safety belts fellow travelors, it may be a rough ride when the sheet hits the fan. Feedback?

Personally I feel Hillary is the worst candidate, but others feel different. She goes around every question. She doesn't have a solution for anything. She gets people on her side by bashing Bush. She flips on issues consistently. She seems almost conniving and theres a lot of questions about her fund raising. She's a huge hypocrite. Last she seems to be capitalizing off of her husband and the name. I hold no political affiliation and I'm not sexist so this isn't a biased argument on my behalf. What do you think?

1 year in the Navy, received honorable discharge (without need to fight for), re4 code, mental/physical condition (non disability). Was told it was because I have ADHD but I have a feeling it may have been for other reasons.

"About 21,000 allowed past legal checkpoints by mistake"

I mean doesn't it just affirm your safety and security at the borders? Can you thank bush for his "war on terror" 6 years after 911 and no border security to speak of?

The have spent untold sums on the "terrorist war" since 9/11 and i include iraq and afghanistan etc. in that ongoning ecomomic debacle. thousands dead and untold billions being shoveled out of the treasury (plus huge infationary loans). will there likely be a global day of economic backlash? this is the way the roman empire ended my friends. that could not afford the foolish politician's solution for all problems. spend, tax and borrow. they could not afford the military. sounds like the soviet union, too. oh, and maybe the british empire. that is the cost of growing too much. bad business, bad government. not prudent, shouldn't do it, as george bush sr. was wont to say.

This is purely a hypothetical. If Person A immigrates legally to America and brings over his family illegally, what consequences does Person A face if caught? I know that the family would get deported; are there any other consequences?

Do you believe him ?

If yes - Is that what America land of the free stands for ?

If no - what possible motive does he have to lie - He is only in for a very hard time - He could have gotten out of the military other ways than this I am sure -So what is he getting out of this if the story is a lie ?
