According to the Visa Wait Times section at travel.state.gov, it currently takes an average time of 2 days to get your visa back if you are approved. Check out

once you have gone trough the appointment, the biggest part is done with and over with,all the paper work has been checked,financial etc., it is a matter of days,until you receive your visa,

The passport with visa is issued more or less one week after the interview.
