Here's the skinny: Federal Law says you must be 18 to purchase .22lr ammunition, your local Wal-Mart says you have to be 21 for them to sell it to you. Some locations make you be 19 to buy tobacco (I don't smoke, but thought it odd the sign said 19). Is it legal for them to age-discriminate like this?

As I see it, they're denying my lawfully afforded ability to purchase ammunition (again, don't care about the tobacco, that was to show they do it in other areas of the store).

I don't believe so because I think she's a woman completely obsessed with her own ambitions and she will therefore go along with whatever is popular rather than doing what's right for the country. Her staunch support for the war and every anti-terrorism bill Bush wanted until 2005 bears this out. "Failure in Iraq is not an option" was her mantra for 4 years. Sound familiar? For this reason, she would NOT make a good president because she's only looking out for her own interests rather than the country's. I don't believe the same can be said of Barack Obama. And for those of you who say she was duped by Bush, she's not that dumb folks. She wasn't fooled, she just knew it would be politically beneficial for her to support the war back then, even if it was bad for America. She would do the same today. If you're a Democrat, why the heck would you want a person like this to be president when there are better options available?

We can't tell my husband's company we need more more and just TAKE IT.
Why should the government be able to spend our hard earned money so foolishly without having to ASK us?
Do you want to fund reasearch into the mating habits of trout?
My son was being inducted into an honor Faternity. We had to listen to a lecture from a man who took about 30 students to Europe to study whether trout mated with fish the same size of not (they did). They were there 10 days - paid for by you and me. They spent 3 days on the "study" and he had no problem telling us they got acclimated to their surroundings first - liberal double-speak meaning - they screwed off and had fun for the first 7 days.

I wonder if it would be funny if I started making antiquated jokes about Reagan sleeping through most of his presidency.

Yes, Mike Blumberg may throw in his hat as an INDEPENDENT! Wow, maybe this is the break many are waiting for.
'The subject of a Bloomberg presidential bid is on a lot of people's minds, including the incumbent's. Landing at the Wall Street heliport earlier this year, after the mayor announced he was leaving the Republican Party to become an independent, President Bush gestured to Marine One and told Bloomberg: "That bird could be yours."'

I'm just wondering why Hillary supporters would vote for her, and if someone is against her why they dislike her. I personally detest her, but I'm just curious as to why some people think she's a good candidate.

Can the death of four firemen, reportedly, trying to resuce immigrant workers sleeping in a warehouse in Worcester be directly attributed to the governments policy on immigration/migrantion Could they be charged with corporate negligence by deliberately and knowlingly abandoning safe practices on movement of people thus causing reckless endangerment to life of foreign nationals in Britain?

If so how could we prosecute or develop a class action?

beyond a shadow of a doubt you had done good time for a crime you did not commit. The crime entailed entrapment was not to be considered but there must be a certain motive which you did not have. Therefore innocence. Would you think there was a possibility OJ Simpson could be innocent.

You will be told the next time you come to court what your sentence will be, even though you will not be sentenced until you come again. My question is supose he finds out that he will be sentenced to jail and commits another crime. Will I lose the bail money that I put up for him? I don't know why they don't wait until he is sentenced and then just take him to jail. I won't have to pay all the bail money in that case, right?
