I wonder if it would be funny if I started making antiquated jokes about Reagan sleeping through most of his presidency.

Maybe I could make broccoli jokes or puking jokes about Bush (I).
I think for sure for the next 8 years I'm going to make pretzel jokes though. I'll be really witty. I can't wait.

As far as I know Reagan wasn't diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease until the 1990s which is well after his presidency.

Because it's all they have. Their only other option is to make vague, unsubstantiated references to how poor his admistration was which no one really buys except their fellow fanatics.
Face it people, Bush is a disaster and all the cigar jokes in the world won't elevate him above the legacy of the Clinton administration. But you keep on trying. It will be interesting to see if you will realize that just because Fox and friends repeats something over and over again and you buy it, the rest of the world will not.

In the absence of meaningful political criticism, it's easy to go for a personal attack. Isn't it sad, ultimately, that some are so AFRAID of a successful leader that they obsess over them years after their terms ended?
I would refrain from personal attacks regarding Reagan or our Naked Emperor. I rather liked Reagan, and approved of his administrations for the most part. As for our Naked Emperor, why joke about someone who simply is a joke?

I think there is just a resurgence with Hillary in the race. Wondering what Bill would be doing with free reign with the Interns since, well, he wasn't the one elected and there's no accountability there.
Yeah, people do still do the "I am not a crook" jokes. Come to think of it.

If Nancy Reagen (who in fact is more qualified and more sane then Hitlary) were running then it would be relevant to make Reagen jokes but she isn't. So... Jokes that make fun of how Hitlary gained her "stand by your man fema-Nazi" reputation really are both relevant and very funny! I mean what self respecting women let alone a feminist sticks by a man who has publicly humiliated her in front of the nation with a fat teenager and a cigar?

Some things are timeless. Among them is the Hillary "Close but no Cigar" Clinton reference. In fact, I would be surprised if, on November 5th, 2008, there were not a number of newpapers sporting the headline "Close but no Cigar" referencing Mrs. Clinton's loss at the polls.

Clinton's silly sexual escapades are practically begging to be made fun of. Reagan having Alzheimer's is a completely different matter, and not funny in the least.

Because it's funny! The left have been trying to get people to stop using tobacco for years and their Clinton god found new ways to abuse it! hahaha
Make all the broccoli jokes you want, just make them funny!
P.S. Joking about a disease isn't funny.

We have to joke about it or we would cry...what an absolute DISGRACE to the office of the Presidency.
How he got away with having sex with a subordinate during working hours is beyond me. People who work in the private sector would have been fired immediately.

Because the rest of the Clinton extra-marital sexual escapades were so obscenely graphic that you can't really put them in writing.
