Would you do it? and if so, how?

“Nobel Peace laureate Al Gore believes global warming is ‘an inconvenient truth.’ Here are some economic truths that America’s liberal leadership finds too inconvenient to support. Tax-rate reductions increase tax revenues. This truth has been proved at both state and federal levels, including by President Bush’s 2003 tax cuts on income, capital gains and dividends. Those reductions have raised federal-tax receipts by $785 billion, the largest four-year revenue increase in U.S. history. In fiscal 2007, which ended last month, the government took in 6.7% more tax revenues than in 2006. These increases in tax revenue have substantially reduced the federal-budget deficits. In 2004 the deficit was $413 billion, or 3.5% of gross domestic product. It narrowed to $318 billion in 2005, $248 billion in 2006 and $163 billion in 2007. That last figure is just 1.2% of GDP, which is half of the average of the past 50 years. Lower tax rates have be so successful in spurring growth that the percentage of federal income taxes paid by the very wealthy has increased... Finally, another inconvenient truth is that there have been 49 consecutive months of job growth as a result of the economic expansion induced by President Bush’s 2003 tax rate reductions.” —Pete du Pont

If an eighteen year old is driving drunk with a passenger, who is fifteen and also drunk, and the car doesn't make the curve because of high speed, and the passenger is ejected and later dies... What charges would be put against the eighteen-year-old driver, if there were no charges from the passenger’s family? And would he be charged with Vehicular Manslaughter, or is there another law for the above?

Would he be put in prison, estimation of how long? What smaller felonies would he face (ex: reckless driving, driving under the influence)?

I have been getting the run around trying to file a child support order, however, I just had the idea of taking the medical bills for my child to small claims court instead and just wanted to know if it can be done successfully and in which state, where I live or where the father lives.

I have heard that in Canada if you live continually for an extended period of time overstaying your visa (ie staying as an illegal immigrant) then you can gain permanent residency and even Canadian Citizenship in some kind of "asylum act."
Is this true? If so how many years and what are the conditions?

Do your morals and principles matter anyway?

Should you express your opinion/facts, even though sometimes free speech really isn't "free?"

Germany was one of the nations that adopted the Locheed F104 Starfighter in the G version. The fighter was plagued by problems. Scandals and bribary were both evident in the process of the selection of a supersonic fighter for Germany's new post war aircraft. The aircraft had such a high mortality rate on pilots that it earned the nickname of "flying coffin".

Actually, 8 Turkish soldiers were kidnaped by the US , not PKK. the main aim was PKK Propaganda that the US has tried to establish Kurdish state in there or the US has wanted to stop close relation between Turkey and Iran that both countries have common enemy for pajak and pkk. or there is big barganing among the US , Turkey and Iran for all terrorism. so, today, the US has begun to bomb al qaida terrorist.

He could easily take his golden "EIB" microphone and his "Atilla the Hun" chair to Iraq and broadcast from the same offices the diplomats would be stationed right? Why won't he? Why won't he put his money where that enormous, gaping orifice he calls a mouth is?

Who do you think picked vegetables prior to the massive raid over our border? I remember when janitors weren't illegal aliens. I remember when legal citizens worked at the car wash. I remember when high-school kids worked in fast-food and bused tables at restaurants; now it's all 40 year old illegal aliens. There are plenty of jobless legal citizens that would take those jobs, except those industries don't even consider hiring legal workers anymore. Why should they since the government wont call them on it? Might as well save the money. This is such a farce, it's unbelievable.
