If the US had Bin Laden I think he would be tried followed by a short fall, and a sudden stop.

Strap his AZZ on a surf board and drag him back to the states behind an aircraft carrier, feet first.
That's waterboarding with a vengeance!

No. I'd just kill him where ever I found him.
Did you know that when our Special Forces teams first invaded Afghanistan, they were carrying coolers of dry ice with them? President Bush said he wanted Osama's head, and that's exactly what they planned on giving him. That's awesome.
OBL deserves nothing more than a bullet in the head and a shallow, unmarked grave.
I'd hate to see him make a spectacle of his trial like Saddam did.
The end result will be same anyway.

I would strap him to several packages of bacon and wrap a burqua around his face and then pour water on it. During the whole time I would also make him watch an endless loop of Al Gore's Inconvienent Truth (that would be the actual torture part).

No, Id put him in a cage in the middle of Central Park. Id let the people of NY deal with him by means of their own justice. A blow torch comes to mind.

No. A .22 behind the ear would suffice.
Better yet, perform sexual reassignment surgery on him and let him go back in Afghanistan.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Would you torture a puppy that bit you?
I would just let him go free...in the middle of Manhattan with lots of publicity, declare him "out of sanction" of the law, and let nature take its course.

That would make us no better than him. A swift humane killing and then burial in an unmarked grave would suffice.

Torture is against the Geneva Convention. The Geneva Convention protects American troops from being tortured, so no.
