You do realize that what goes around comes around. Waterboarding terrorists may seem like a good idea, but it leads to fun things like terrorists waterboarding American POW since they haven't signed the Geneva convention.
Also the Gestapo agents in WW2 who tortured 'enemy combatants' (French and Dutch) ended up in Nuremburg with a noose around their necks.

Ya know this whole "enemy combatant" bs is just an excuse so the elite governments of the world can rob us all blind and torture anyone who threatens there scams.

Just because there terrorists doesn't make them less human,
And Osama Bin Laden has not and never would attack the USA, his entire family is friends with and in major business with the bush family, and other elite familes of the usa and the world.

The whole "Al Quada" nonsense is a bunch of crap.

Don't torture people, either leave them alone or kill them outright.

But, yea, nevermind this subject is way to long to even get into......

I would waterboard him if he had information about an imminent attack on the US or some of our citizens or allies. And I wouldn't hesitate for the smallest second.

The Geneva Convention only applies to men in uniforms. The terrorists (and that's what he is) don't wear a uniform or fight for any country. Therefore we don't have to follow it.

Not even worth torturing him. One of his own guys ought to give him two bullets to the back o' the head and let the news story say he died while running like a coward.

as a marine i am totally against the use of torture we should follow the geneva convention not just change the rules when we get a new president and he appoints somebody with his views.
