as long as i'm not hurting anyone i do what i want.
that's not to say i'm a total rebel or anything but if i'm not hurting anyone or taking their stuff then i don't see what the problem is. just because it's 'the law' doesn't make it right

There are times when laws which forbid people from going to certain places should be broken. I am thinking of the segregations laws of the southern states of the USA which were still very much in existence when I was a young man. Even the buses were segregated so that black folk could not sit together with white folk on the bus or in a bar or use the same hotel.
So, if a law, such as the one described above, were to be put in place where you live, disobey it.

Very few people will abide by a law they think is wrong. Just look at the number of cars travelling at over 70mph on the motorway!
If a law is bad then people will find a way round it. Take the ban on foxhunting as an example. It's a bad law made by ignorant people simply as an act of class warfare.
The result? The number of people supporting the hunts is at an all time high!

Depends on what the law is about. People break laws all the time ... and some pay the penalty.
However, in general I am a law abiding person.... it would need to be MAJORLY against my conscience for me to break the law

I must lead a boring life. The law doesn't really prohibit me from doing anything I like or enjoy.

Smoking law is nonsense and tend to ignore it where possible.
Used to be 100% law abiding but if stupid laws keep rolling out, there will be a population of 'criminals'
They are only after our DNA samples!

Depends which law it was. I don't like a lot of laws but abide by them. If we didn't we would descend in to anarchy.

No, of course not, but I'm with Colder down there, the law doesn't keep me from doing anything I enjoy.

I break the law every day. My smoking pot is not hurting anyone. I don't drive when I smoke. I do it in the privacy of my own home.
How many people break the law by drinking and driving?

Hard question but I think no. I would stop doing what ever it was. Hopefully the law would change.
