I have had a VERY unprofessional and unpleasant experience with a well known Life Insurance company. I had State Insurance Administration intervene the situation and re-instate my policy.

This whole process put me through a lot of hassle. All the Life insurance Company is saying that "It was an administrative mistake and we have re-instated your policy." Having gone through the agony, I don't thing just "sorry" is enough.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Pat Tillman was born on Nov 6th. Do you remember him?

Although strong as a bull, he was dead by 30.

He was the NFL player/millionaire who volunteered to serve in Afganistan in his brother's unit, giving up a multi-million dollar a year NFL job, and died there by "friendly fire".

Pat Tillman gave up the glamorous life of a professional football star to join the Army Rangers.

He was remembered as a role model of courage and patriotism Friday after military officials said he had been killed in action in Afghanistan.

Does the 16-0 NFL Patriots remind you of this self-sacrificing patriot? Does his patriotism amaze you?

How do you feel about Pat Tillman?

How do you feel about Afghanistan?

How do you feel about the occasion of his birthday?

Do you have a comment?

I remember the incident and have checked the lights in question as it isn't my style to purposely jump red lights. I think the possibility could be because there are two sets of traffic lights on the same road, less than 30m apart. The furthest set turn to green about a second or two before the nearest set (which I was at) I was stationary but I believe I set off on seeing the furthest set turn to green. Can I argue the case that when at the line it was easily confusing when seeing the furthest set turn to green and that they should be set to turn green at the same time to make it less confusing? Is it worth arguing the case and what happens if they judge against me? I don't mind paying a fine but to get points on my license would be a real pain!

Americans treat undocumented citizens as outsiders but is it not hypetheticle that they expect us to follow?

If they say we are not what they consider real americans then whyshould wefollow americas laws?

It just seems wrong for americans to want citizens fom other countries to live by their laws. What works good for americans does not work good for the rest of the people in the world.

This seems to make sense since all terrorists are conservative extremists. I think conservative extremists such as Rush Limbaugh, Neil Bortz, Ann Coulter, and Sean Hannity should all have full body cavity searches too.

Everyone knows that the bombing of Hiroshima ended WW2 in the Pacific and saved untold millions of lives...not to mention that fact that the Japanese never messed with Pearl Harbor again. As a matter of fact, the Japanese went on to become an industrious economic and technological powerhouse. They ought to thank us.
