No way to tell, but be assured the Chinese are NOT giving to Hillary's campaign fund, just because they think she will be a good President. They expect some benefit to come their way.
A good historical clue as to what the payoff might include is founded in the fact that Hillary was THE counsel for the White Water Real Estate group which was guilty of fraud and many of her friends went to prison because of it. She pleaded ignorance of the fraud, but she was their attorney???? She is either a crook or a very stupid attorney!
Another hint would be Hillary's first (only?) venture in the trading on the futures market. This stupid attorney made $100,000 on just a few investments, do you know how to say insider trading or market manipulation? At best, she was given information which was an "in kind" political contribution.
Hillary is a crook, China is a big country.

Bribery is not at all the same thing as investing. Investing in a nation's growth potential is legal. The Bush Administration has been selling treasury bons to China for years. It is all legal, above the boards. Nobody is doing anything sneaky here.
